10 inspirerende treningssitater

Ofte er det et par inspirerende ord som trengs. Her er et knippe sitater for å inspirere deg til å komme i aktivitet.
Å mangle motivasjon er ikke uvanlig, så ikke bekymre deg om du sliter med å komme deg på treningsstudioet – du er ikke den eneste som føler det slik! Å holde seg til en treningsplan er vanskelig, og det vil være dager hvor du føler deg umotivert til å trene.
Ofte trenger man bare en liten peptalk for å bryte ut av "jeg kan ikke", eller "jeg har ikke lyst til det"-mentalitet, og sitatene under vil forhåpentligvis både inspirere og motivere.
Print ut sitatene. Tape dem til speilet ditt. Ha dem i vesken din. Gjenta dem om og om igjen i hodet ditt helt til de blir etablerte sannheter. Dette greier du!
